You love your kids.
But you don't feel like yourself anymore.
Maybe you're overwhelmed by the noise and constant needs. You're anxious, overstimulated , touched out, snapping more than you want to - or feeling guilty because motherhood doesn't feel the way you thought it would.
You don't have to keep carrying all of it alone.

Motherhood can be beautiful - and still feel like too much.
You're constantly overstimulated.
You snap - and immediately feel horrible about it.
Your brain never seems to turn off.
You don't recognize yourself anymore.
You're carrying everyone else's needs.
You love your family, but sometimes you desperately want to escape.
If you've caught yourself wondering , "Why can't I handle motherhood better?" -there's usually more happening underneath the overwhelm. Therapy can help you understand it, work through it, and start feeling like yourself again.

Therapy for the parts of motherhood we don't talk about enough.
Mom Rage + Overstimulation
When the noise, touching, questions and constant needs become too much - and you don't like the version of yourself that comes out.
Anxiety + Intrusive Thoughts
When your brain won't shut off, you're constantly anticipating what could go wrong, or unwanted thoughts leave you questioning yourself.
Burnout + Losing Yourself
When you've spent so long caring for everyone else that you're exhausted, disconnected and unsure who you are outside of motherhood.
Pregnancy + Postpartum
Support through pregnancy, postpartum, birth experiences, anxiety, depression, identity changes and the enormous transition into motherhood.
Hi, I'm Macie!
You'll get more than a "mm-hmm" with me.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in maternal mental health - and I believe therapy should feel like a real relationship, not like you're talking while someone silently takes notes.
My style is warm, collaborative and honest. We'll make space or the hard stuff, but I'll also ask questions, offer perspective, help you understand what's happening underneath the overwhelm, and give you tools you can actually use outside of our sessions.
You don't have to perform here.
You can love your kids and struggle with motherhood. You can be grateful and exhausted. You can be a good mom and still need somewhere that's just for you.
My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can exhale, feel understood - and slowly start feeling like yourself again.

More support for motherhood between sessions .
